Bancroft performed the structural engineering and design for this new, 73,000 SF hospital and medical office building located in Trenton, Missouri. The construction consisted of a one story, steel framed facility with precast walls. The 25-bed acute care hospital offers comprehensive care, including a 24-hour emergency department staffed by board-certified physicians, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic testing, 3-D mammography, inpatient and outpatient surgery, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, a specialty clinic, and primary care offices adjoining the facility.
